Designed for SiriusMast masts, not as standalone construction lights
The 100W, 200W and 300W LED floodlights are components of the SiriusMast lighting system. Each comes with a connector that fits the Sirius One, Sirius Pro and Extendable Mast. They are not designed as standalone work lights or replacements for generic construction lights. If you already own a SiriusMast tower, these are your replacement, upgrade or expansion floodlights. If you're configuring a new mast, these are the LED options that ship with it. Same 170 lm/W efficiency across all three wattages, same IP65 protection, same CE compliance.
Same engineering, scaled to your needs
170 lm/W efficiency
High-efficiency LEDs across all three wattages. The 100W, 200W and 300W versions all deliver 170 lumens per watt, which is at the upper end of professional LED floodlight performance. Lower energy use for the same light output compared to standard 100-130 lm/W floodlights.
IP66 weather protection
Sealed against dust ingress and powerful water jets from any direction. IP66 is one step above the common IP65 rating and means the floodlights handle heavy rain, pressure washing and prolonged outdoor exposure. Suitable for permanent installation in all weather conditions.
Compatible with all SiriusMast masts
Engineered to fit the Sirius One, Sirius Pro and Extendable Mast through a dedicated SiriusMast connector. Order as direct replacement for existing floodlights or as part of a new mast configuration.
CE compliance & EN 60598
All three floodlights are CE approved and comply with EN 60598, the European standard for luminaires. Documentation available on request for safety audits, tender submissions or compliance reviews.
50,000 hour lifespan
Tested to L80 (25°C) standard of 50,000 operating hours. That's roughly 11 years of permanent dusk-to-dawn operation, or 17 years of evening-only use. Sealed LED system without replaceable light source for safety and reliability.
2-year warranty
Each floodlight comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. The same warranty as the SiriusMast masts. Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered.

A practical guide to choosing the right output
The right wattage depends on the area you need to illuminate and the lighting level required. Coverage figures below are based on a 2-floodlight setup on an 8.5m mast with 180° beam. If your situation falls between two options, the higher wattage is usually the safer choice for professional work environments.
Choose 100W when
- You need to light a single work zone, entrance or loading area
- The mast covers one section of a parking lot, not the whole area
- You're configuring multiple floodlights on a Sirius Pro or Extendable Mast and want directional coverage
- Energy efficiency is the primary driver and the work area is compact
Choose 200W when
- You need balanced output for standard construction sites, yards or parking areas
- The Sirius One mast covers one entire work zone
- You're equipping a Sirius Pro with 4 floodlights for full 360° standard coverage
- You want the most versatile option that handles most B2B scenarios
Choose 300W when
- You need maximum coverage from a single mast position
- The site is a large industrial yard, container terminal or full-area parking lot
- You want to reduce the number of floodlight units while maximising lumens
- Mast height is at maximum (8.5m) and you want to fully utilise the illumination distance

Can these floodlights be used on any mast, or only on SiriusMast masts?
The 100W, 200W and 300W LED floodlights are designed specifically for SiriusMast masts (Sirius One, Sirius Pro and Extendable Mast). They use a dedicated SiriusMast connector and are not designed as standalone construction lights or replacements for generic floodlights on other mast systems. If you're looking for a universal work light, these are not the right choice. If you already own a SiriusMast tower or are configuring a new one, these are the LED options that fit.
How do I choose between 100W, 200W and 300W?
Choose based on the coverage area you need. With a 2-floodlight setup on an 8.5-meter mast, the 100W version covers 452 m², the 200W version 685 m², and the 300W version 884 m². The 200W is the most chosen option for standard B2B scenarios because it balances output, energy use and price. Choose 100W for compact zones or directional coverage when configuring multiple floodlights on a single mast. Choose 300W for large industrial sites where maximum coverage from a single mast position is the priority. If your situation falls between two wattages, the higher option is usually the safer choice.
Can I mix wattages on a single mast?
Yes. All three wattages use the same SiriusMast connector, so you can mix them within a single mast configuration. This is useful when specific zones around the mast need different illumination levels, for example a brighter work zone on one side and lower-level perimeter lighting on the other. Contact us if you'd like advice on the right mix for your specific site.
Can I order a floodlight as a replacement for a damaged unit?
Yes. The 100W, 200W and 300W LED floodlights can be ordered individually as direct replacements for damaged units on an existing Sirius One, Sirius Pro or Extendable Mast. Order the same wattage as the existing setup to maintain consistent output, or upgrade to a higher wattage if more coverage is needed. The SiriusMast connector is identical across all three wattages.
What is the delivery time for the LED floodlights?
SiriusMast LED floodlights are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days from order confirmation. For larger orders or multiple units, lead time may extend slightly. We'll confirm exact timing when you request a quote or place your order.
What warranty do the LED floodlights come with?
Each LED floodlight comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. The same warranty applies to all three wattages. Damage from misuse, accidents, improper connection or use outside the SiriusMast system is not covered.
What certifications do the LED floodlights hold?
All three SiriusMast LED floodlights are CE approved and comply with EN 60598, the European standard for luminaires. They are also IP65 rated, which means they are sealed against dust ingress and water jets from any direction, suitable for permanent outdoor use in all weather conditions.
Are the floodlights compatible with the Extendable Mast?
Yes. All three SiriusMast LED floodlights (100W, 200W and 300W) are compatible with the Extendable Mast in both 6-meter and 8.5-meter versions. The Extendable Mast can be configured with 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 floodlights, in any wattage combination. The same connector is used across the entire SiriusMast lineup.
